This page explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) used on timefreedomlab.com, and how to control them.
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Nothing optional loads unless you click "Accept optional", and the site works the same if you reject them. We remember your choice for 12 months. You can change it at any time with the button above or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of our pages. If you switch from accepting to rejecting, we turn the optional tools off and remove their cookies from your browser on our site.

| tfl_consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months |
| tfl_pending_event | Session storage | Briefly holds a signup confirmation so it can be counted on the next page if you accepted analytics (contains no personal data) | Until the tab is closed |
| Quiz / form progress | Session storage | Keeps your progress and results while you use the quiz or the older early-access form | Until the tab is closed |
| Provider | Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|

| Meta (Facebook) | _fbc | Set only if you arrive from a Meta ad link; used for the same measurement | 90 days |
We do not send your name, email address or form answers to PostHog or Meta. We do not use Google Analytics, session recording, Hotjar or ActiveCampaign site tracking.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. When you submit the early-access form, your browser sends the details you entered to our database provider, Supabase. Neither sets cookies on our site.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean we can't remember your cookie choice.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. Questions: fuad@abnormalsocialmarketing.com.
